Very calm, precise, helpful staff. I have had my camera n zoom lenses sent in for cleaning, repair several times over the years and they always helped me with courtesy n promptness

Took in some equipment for repair under CPS. Technician provided quote after inspection. Work completed in site within 3h ( I was expecting to have to come back and pick it up) as he stayed back to finish it. All work done nicely and returned with origin failed parts to show what was done. Cost reasonable (CPS helps there) Friendly staff. Coffee and water available.

Brought here my reflex for repair. It's never clear their camera diagnosis. Looked like they wanted to replace more parts than necessary. Express service available for 500 bath to repair in 2-3 days instead of 1-2 weeks.

I have been making my living with Canon gear since 2005, and have been using Canon BKK for all my repairs since 2008. Consistently excellent service. Convenient location, knowledgable staff. 10X better than my experience with Canon Canada, and I was a full CPS member there.
